BHI offers a service for settling disputes between parties by mutually agreed upon mediation or arbitration. The arbitrators are qualified and experienced Dayanim who will settle the dispute in an expedited manner while following proper halachic guidelines. When necessary, they are assisted by legal advisers chosen from a group who are experts in the relevant area of commercial law.
