Ok, its Bein Hazmanim, and we are off with our family on a trip. Our 1995 Ford Windstar, wont make it up to Niagara Falls from Lakewood, so we go to Enterprise and rent a minivan.
Along the way we stopped in a mall and returned to our car to find the headlight smashed.
What should I do?
Should I go to a repair shop and fix the headlight? or do I have to notify the car rental managment that teh car was in an accident?
Any input would be appreciated.
(also is it a difference if the car rental ownership is jewish or not)
